Children in Africa
Africa is home to the youngest population in the world. With over 60% of its population under the age of 25, the continent holds a powerful treasure—its children. They are the heartbeat of tomorrow’s Africa: energetic, creative, and full of untapped potential. But while they represent the promise of a brighter future, millions of African children still face overwhelming challenges.
The Challenges Children Face
Despite progress in many areas, children in Africa still suffer from high levels of poverty, limited access to quality education, child labor, malnutrition, and preventable diseases. In many rural communities, children walk several kilometers daily just to attend school, often on an empty stomach. Others are forced to work to support their families, missing out on education and a chance at a better life.
Conflict, displacement, and climate change are also displacing families and putting children in vulnerable positions. Orphaned children or those living on the streets face increased risks of exploitation and abuse, with little or no protection.
Hope Through Empowerment
But Africa is not a continent of despair—it is one of resilience and hope. At Chadash Global, we believe that every child is a seed of greatness. With the right support, these seeds can blossom into the doctors, leaders, teachers, innovators, and change-makers of tomorrow.
That’s why our mission is to empower communities by investing in their youngest members. Through child-centered programs, we focus on:
Education: Building schools, supporting teachers, and offering scholarships to ensure that no child is left behind.
Health and Nutrition: Providing access to clean water, healthcare, and nutritional support to strengthen both body and mind.
Mentorship and Discipleship: Teaching values, life skills, and faith-based mentorship to help children grow into confident, purpose-driven individuals.
Safe Spaces: Creating environments where children can feel protected, heard, and loved—free from abuse and violence.

A Collective Responsibility
Children are not just the responsibility of parents or governments—they are the responsibility of all of us. If we invest in them today, we secure the future of Africa. If we neglect them, we risk losing generations of promise and progress.
Join Us
At Chadash Global, we are calling upon individuals, churches, and partners worldwide to stand with us. Let’s build schools where there are none. Let’s feed the hungry, educate the eager, and empower the next generation.
Because when we raise strong children, we raise strong nations.
