Residential Care and Rehabilitation:

Focuses on providing comprehensive support to children and young adults who have experienced sexual abuse, exploitation, or gender-based violence.
Residential shelters offer a safe and nurturing environment for individuals aged 8 to 22, providing them with essential services such as:

  • Psychotherapy: Individual and group therapy sessions to address trauma, emotional distress, and mental health concerns.
  • Education Scholarships: Financial assistance to ensure uninterrupted education and support academic pursuits.
  • Shelter and Basic Needs: Safe accommodation, nutritious meals, and access to basic necessities like clothing and hygiene products.
  • Life Skills Development: Training in essential life skills such as communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and independent living.
  • Medical Care: Access to medical assessments, treatment for physical injuries, and ongoing healthcare support.

Education and Skills Development:

The organization would establish and operate high-quality educational institutions, offering a holistic approach to learning and development:

  • Formal Education:Providing access to quality education, ensuring students receive a strong academic foundation.
  • Vocational Training:Offering practical skills training in various trades and professions to enhance employ-ability.

  • Drop-in Center:Establishing a drop-in center to provide a range of services to the community, including life skills training, vocational skill development, and access to crucial information about available resources to identified abused persons in community
  • Community empowerment programme (CEP)Community Awareness Campaigns: Conducting comprehensive education campaigns to raise awareness about sexual abuse, gender-based violence, and available support services.
  • Counselling and Vocational Training:Offering counselling and vocational training programs to individuals with a history of trauma to support their recovery and empower them with new skills.

Psychotherapy Support Services

Prioritizing mental well-being, the organization would establish a dedicated Psychosocial Centre:

  • Specialized Services:Providing specialized psychosocial services to beneficiaries residing in the residential shelters, fostering a safe and supportive environment conducive to healing and recovery.
  • Community Access:Allocating a designated day each week for the community to access mental health services at the centre at a minimal cost.
  • Collaboration:Collaborating with psychiatry centers to ensure the provision of high-quality mental health services and enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Integrated Support: Integrating mental health support services into all aspects of the organization's programs, including residential care, community-based support, and educational initiatives.

Research and Development

To drive programmatic excellence and evidence-based practice, the organization would establish a dedicated Research Centre:
